What is Robinson Brooklyn?

Robinson Brooklyn is a custom tailoring house in Williamsburg, Brooklyn founded by Craig Robinson in 1998. We specialize in bespoke and made-to-measure suits, custom shirts, and ready-to-wear menswear and handcrafted shoes.

What’s the difference between bespoke and made-to-measure?

Bespoke garments are made entirely from scratch using your individual measurements and preferences. Made-to-measure utilizes an existing pattern that is then adjusted to fit your body and customized with your chosen details–it is a faster path to a personalized garment.

How long does it take to receive a custom suit?

The typical time frame for a made-to-measure suit is about 6 weeks.

Do you offer alterations on existing garments?

Alterations are made during the creation phase of each garment, according to the measurements obtained from the fittings. No alterations on outside garments

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment for custom fittings and consultations. You can request one by emailing mail@robinsonbrooklyn.com.

What kind of materials do you use?

We source fine imported fabrics and materials, and every garment is handcrafted with an emphasis on clean, simple lines built to last

Do you ship orders?
